Trophy Lures was originally started in 2000 by Floyd Pratt a local game fishing enthusiast in a back shed in Te Kaha.
With a passion to produce the very best New Zealand made game lures has been the driving focus for the company, which is evident in the extensive range and variety the brand now offers. Located in Waihau Bay, Trophy Lures is a family affair operated by Floyd his wife Kathryn and son Cristian. The lures are all handmade, from the wide stock range through to custom lures available on request. All lures are on display in our Waihau Bay studio, along with Floyd's vast knowledge of game fishing and local marlin patterns.
